Romeo Beckham signs a contract with Premier League club Brentford

(CNN) — Romeo Beckham, son of David Beckham, the exestrella of the English selection and Manchester United, has signed a one-year contract with Brentford B, announced by the Premier League club.

El Brentford, a senior team player who plays in English football’s first division, said the club had the option to extend his contract for another year.

The 20-year-old player played for team B the past time while he was sold to Inter Miami, the Major League Soccer club whose father is co-owner; he has participated in 15 encuentros y anotó once.

Speaking to the club, Beckham said of the new contract: “La mejor sensation, muy emocionado, listo para comenzar y tener una buena próxima temporada.”
